English: “Today the cause is proposed which must be decided under this formula of doubt: Whether there is a legitimate cause for separation from bed, table and dwelling, and which of the parties should be particularly ascribed with the blame, in this case.” [Latin Original: “hodie causa proponitur definienda sub hac dubii formula: An constet de causis legitimis separationis tori, mensae et habitationis, et cuinam ex partibus culpa praecipue imputanda sit, in casu.”
