Ministers Should not Marry those w/ State Marriage License

Jeff Morgan is a Texan who says “We need to abolish the Marxist practice of unilateral ‘no-fault’  divorce and consign it to the dustbin of history.” He recently spoke at an event for the Republicans of Texas and his video is title “The Evil of No-Fault Divorce and the Horrors of Family Court.”

Among other things, Jeff says that ministers of the Gospel should never marry anyone who has a state marriage license. He says, “I will tell you, you should never, in my opinion, never ever marry anybody who comes to you with a marriage license, because you’re marrying them in the name of Christ, but the marriage license is saying, ‘Well Christ, move on over because we’re the state, and we’re going to come and take His place’.”
